Questions
If you have any questions how to use BioWeka, post it to the help forum or search the forum for existing postings. Before you add a new questions, don't forget to take a look in the FAQs. Do not send any questions per email. They won't be answered.
Problems
If you encounter a problem with BioWeka that might be caused by a bug, first check whether the FAQs, the database of known problems or the help forum offers a solution to your problem and ensure that you have the latest version of BioWeka installed. Secondly, search the bug tracking system to ensure this bug hasn't reported yet. If necessary, report the bug and describe exactly what you have done and what went wrong.
We also encourage people with programming skills to download the source code of BioWeka and try to locate and fix bugs by themselves. See Contribute for further information.
Missing features
If you think that BioWeka is missing a helpful feature, post a new thread to the open discussion forum and explain what this feature should be and why it is necessary. After discussion you may report it to the feature request tracking system.
You are also encouraged to commit your extensions to the BioWeka project. See Contribute for further information.
