From BioWeka
BioWeka consists of several parts that are explained in detail on the following pages:
- BioWeka components: the Weka extensions, i.e. the BioWeka library
- Standalone tools: programs that do not require Weka, but are related to Weka, e.g. external converters
- Data sets: data files that are used in conjunction with the BioWeka components, e.g. substitution matrices or the Amino Acid Index database
- XML stylesheets: XSL stylesheets to convert XML files into ARFF files
